Can you share what brought you to your role as Estate Sales Manager at Ariella Private Estate?

Of course! I’ve always enjoyed helping people find their perfect home. When the opportunity at Ariella came up, I was excited to join the team.

Ariella Private Estate really stands out for its connection to nature and modern convenience. One of the biggest drawcards is that we’ve got beautiful parks and green spaces right on your doorstep. Families love that the estate is close to schools like Brabham Primary School and Henley Brook Primary School, which makes it an easy choice for those with young children. We’ve also made sure to include great walking paths and open spaces where people can get outdoors and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.

On top of that, Ariella is well-connected to key amenities. You’ve got major shopping centers, medical services, and public transport nearby. It’s a community that offers a balance between peaceful, suburban living and easy access to everything you need.

The location is fantastic, especially being in center of Henley Brook and Brabham.  What can you tell us about these suburbs and why they’re so appealing?

Henley Brook and Brabham are great examples of suburbs that are quickly becoming lifestyle hotspots. Henley Brook is known for its semi-rural charm and is part of the famous Swan Valley, so it’s a great spot for anyone who loves good food and wine. You’re close to some fantastic wineries, cafes, and restaurants, which makes weekends something to look forward to.

Brabham is more established and growing fast. The recently opened Whiteman Edge Shopping Centre is bringing more retail and dining options to the area, which adds to the convenience. Brabham also has excellent transport links with upgrades to the Whiteman Park Train Station reaching completion, making it ideal for those who commute.

What makes Ariella Private Estate a great option for different types of homebuyers?

It’s an exciting time to be part of this community.

I’d say come and see it for yourself! We’ve got some beautiful parks and a range of blocks available, and there’s really nothing like experiencing the estate in person.
