Cedar Woods’ masterplanned community in Wooloowin is entering its next phase, with construction now commencing on the final stage of townhomes.
This milestone marks the continued evolution of the community, situated just 5km north of the Brisbane CBD.
South East Queensland builder Devcon Building Co has been appointed to deliver Stage 1 and 2 of the final townhome release at Greville, bringing further momentum to this established and connected urban village.
A New Phase Begins
“This urban lifestyle precinct is already alive and thriving, and the final townhome release is already 40% sold as construction begins,” said Cedar Woods Development Director, Blair Britton.
The remaining 47 architecturally designed townhomes have been created by leading design firm Rothelowman, following the successful completion and settlement of Greville’s first two townhome releases.
“The architecturally designed three-bedroom townhomes range in size from 191sqm to 213 sqm with a variety of floor plans and facades, and premium finishes, with all of these homes boasting 2.5 bathrooms and 2 car spaces."
