The first community event of 2025 at Eglinton Village kicked off in style with a vibrant and exciting Backyard BBQ at the Sales Office.
The event, held on Sunday 30 March, brought residents and families together for an afternoon full of fun activities, burgers, and plenty of laughs. With a great turnout, it was clear that the Eglinton Village community was ready to kick off the year with a bang!
The event wouldn’t have been complete without the incredible team at Gecko Sports, who set the tone for the day with a series of engaging and interactive team-building activities. From competitive water pong to a blindfold obstacle challenge, there was something for everyone.
The tug of war competition was an absolute crowd favourite. And, of course, the day wouldn’t have been complete without a tie-breaker trivia showdown to determine a winner! Well done to the winning team, the Conaty and Jolliffe families, for coming out on top.
Throughout the event, Alkimos Football Club were busy cooking up a storm on the BBQ and dishing out sizzling burgers to fuel everyone for the afternoon activities.
