A day out at Yanchep National Park
Yanchep National Park has a lot to offer kids and adults of all ages. Explore the Crystal or Yonderup Caves, pack a picnic to watch the birdlife and kangaroos, tee off for a round of golf, or take a relaxing stroll to take in the sights and sounds.

If you get hungry, Yanchep National Park is also home to Yanchep Inn, with lots of delicious food and drink options to choose from. The best bit? You’ll find these activities (and many more) just a 10-minute drive from Eglinton Village.
Swimming at Yanchep Lagoon
While Eglinton and Alkimos both offer stunning beaches, there’s something special about a family trip to Yanchep Lagoon. Thanks to its clear, calm stretch of coastline, Yanchep Lagoon is ideal for young swimmers.
Make sure to pack a snorkel and goggles to explore the stretch of reef, where you’ll be able to spot a wide range of underwater creatures. You can find Yanchep Lagoon just 10 minutes’ drive from Eglinton Village via Marmion Avenue.
