With a passion for property and a commitment to helping buyers realise their dreams, Ross brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the role. Let’s get to know him a little better!

Tell us about your career in the property industry.

I originally started my career in property in the Alkimos region, where I worked as a Sales Associate. During that time, I quickly immersed myself in learning about the area and the local community and it didn’t take long for me to develop a deep appreciation for the area and the people!

How long have you been with Cedar Woods?

I’ve been with Cedar Woods since 2022. It’s been a rewarding journey, and I’m excited to continue working with such a dedicated team.

What are your hobbies outside of work?

When I’m not at work, you’ll often find me exploring new dining spots and enjoying a good meal with a great cocktail. I also love walks on the beach, scuba diving, and skiing.

What do you enjoy most about the work you do, and why are you passionate about the property industry?

I’ve always believed that selling land isn’t just about the property itself—it’s about the dreams and aspirations that come with it. Whether it’s a first home buyer, a family downsizing after years of planning, or someone making their first investment, it’s the stories and dreams attached to the land that really matter. I love this industry because it’s all about helping people achieve their goals and being part of that journey.

What excites you most about Eglinton Village?

The Eglinton Village Energy (Eve) project is something I’m particularly excited about. It’s fantastic to see sustainability being prioritised in the development, rather than being an afterthought. Building a community that is self-sufficient and forward-thinking is really inspiring.
