Meet Tracy, the Estate Sales Manager at Eglinton Village

With a passion for property and a commitment to helping buyers realise their dreams, Tracy brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the role. Let’s get to know her a little better!

Can you share what brought you to your role as Estate Sales Manager at Eglinton Village?

I’ve always enjoyed helping people find the right place to call home, so when the opportunity to join the team at Eglinton Village came up, I was excited to take it on.

Cedar Woods has a strong reputation for creating quality communities and Eglinton Village stood out to me as a growing coastal community with so much to offer. It’s been rewarding getting to know our buyers and helping them find a block that suits their needs and lifestyle.

How long have you been with Cedar Woods?

I joined Cedar Woods in 2025. Since then, it’s been exciting to work across different projects and see the Eglinton Village community grow and reach some significant milestones.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

For me, it’s being able to help people take an important step towards building their new home. Every buyer is looking for something a little different, whether they’re purchasing their first home, looking for more space for a growing family or planning their next chapter.

I really enjoy getting to know our buyers, understanding what they’re looking for and helping them find an option that works for them.

What excites you most about Eglinton Village?

With Eglinton Shopping Centre and Woolworths now open, Eglinton Train Station just 500 metres away and Uluwatu Park under construction, residents have more and more within easy reach. And, of course, the beach is only three minutes away.

Eglinton Village Energy, or Eve, is another feature that really sets the community apart. As WA’s first community energy sharing network, it’s great to see an innovative approach to energy being incorporated into the community from the outset.

What do you think makes Eglinton Village a great place to call home?

I think it’s the combination of the coastal lifestyle and everyday convenience. You can enjoy being close to the beach while still having shopping, transport, parks and schooling all close by.

There’s also a real focus on creating a connected, walkable community where people can enjoy a little more from everyday life.

Do you have any tips for people considering making the move to Eglinton Village?

Come and see the community for yourself! There’s already so much here, and plenty more still to come. Visiting Eglinton Village is a great way to get a feel for the area, explore the amenities and see the different land options available.
