We are pleased to announce this year’s recipients of Cedar Woods Properties’ third annual Ellendale Neighbourhood Grants Program!
A total of 18 community groups across Brisbane’s north-west received funding of $2,000, $1,000 or $500 through the program, to help them continue making a positive difference to the local community.
This year we received more submissions than previous years and, although it was challenging to judge the winners, we are honoured to showcase the ongoing efforts of the fantastic groups in our local community.
The Ellendale Neighbourhood Grants are our way of highlighting the tireless work being undertaken by local schools, sporting groups and community organisations, who are making the community thrive.
The 18 recipients this year have gone above and beyond in their enterprising spirit and dedication to the local community, and by making a contribution to foster and encourage their growth, is our way of ‘paying-it-forward’.
The Ellendale Neighbourhood Grants were awarded to non-profit community groups, who have been in operation for more than 12 months.
Congratulations to all the receipients: Seranata Singers, St Andrew’s School, Arana Ascot Junior Hockey Club, Ferny Grove Neighbourhood Watch, Legacy Club of Brisbane, Gallipoli Barracks Community Centre, Hilder Road State School P&C, Wahminda Park Scout Group, Enoggeroos Orienteering Club, St. William’s Primary School Grovely P&F Association, Mitchelton Youth Club, Keperra Country Golf Club, Wesley Mission QLD, Clear Breeze, Ferny Hills State School P&C, Keperra Mainly Music, Payne Road State School P&C, and both the St John’s Wood/The Gap and Grovely Conferences of the St Vincent de Paul Society.
