Construction continues in stage three and Cedar Glen

Construction continues in stage three and Cedar Glen.

Construction is in full swing across Ellendale, with new lots being created to keep pace with buyer demand and work planned or underway on dozens of homes for future residents.

Our popular stage three precinct, which neighbours a bushland corridor and proposed district sports field, is at the heart of the action, with activity across five land releases in this area.

Our recent stage three land release - Flame Tree (stage 3E) - has just commenced civil construction, with completion expected in early 2021, meaning new residents could be in their homes from as early as mid-next year.

Buyers in Silver Leaf and Myrtle (stages 3C and 3D) have now settled on their lots and are preparing to see their new homes start to take shape over the coming weeks.

Many purchasers in the Waratah, Tallowwood and Beechwood releases, (stages 3A and 3B) are well advanced with their home builds, and we eagerly await move in day for these new residents, who will be picking up their keys in the near future.

At the same time, Shadforths Civil Contractors have wrapped up work in our boutique Cedar Glen (stage 1D) precinct, which features 34 sold-out homesites, located adjacent to a new 125 place childcare centre, which is now under construction, with further information to be  made available by the operator in the near future.   The developer of the retail site in Cedar Glen is working on securing tenants for the shopping village, with more details to be provided once the leases have been finalised.

Work is now complete on the Honeyeater Road extension, with the upgrade of Levitt Road due for completion in August, following some delays by external authorities relocating their communications assets.
