Progress continues at Ellendale as Stage 5D takes shape amongst the natural beauty of Upper Kedron and D’Aguilar National Park.
Located alongside the established Stages 5A, 5B and 5C, where residents are beginning to move into their new homes, Stage 5D is another exciting addition to the growing Ellendale community.
With roadworks underway, earthworks progressing and key retaining walls now installed, there’s plenty happening as we prepare future roads and homesites.
Construction is progressing well across Stage 5D, with roadworks underway and earthworks continuing throughout the stage.
These works are helping prepare the future roads and homesites that will form this new part of Ellendale.
Within the Eucalypt Release, concrete sleeper retaining walls have now been installed, marking another important milestone for the release as construction continues to move forward.
Progress is also continuing across Habitat, an exclusive collection of just seven large-format homesites nestled amongst the treetops.
Designed to embrace its elevated bushland setting, Habitat offers expansive homesites surrounded by the natural landscape and views that make Ellendale such a unique place to call home.
The feature boulder retaining wall on Lochern Place has now been installed, creating a striking arrival that complements the surrounding bushland and strengthens Habitat’s connection to its natural setting.
Over the coming stages of construction, works will begin on road crossings before progressing to the installation of electrical and communications infrastructure.
Each milestone brings Stage 5D another step closer to completion and welcoming more residents to this naturally beautiful community.
Nestled against D’Aguilar National Park, Ellendale offers an elevated lifestyle surrounded by nature, while keeping residents connected to the city and everyday essentials.
