Our First Meet Your Neighbours Event

At the heart of Fletcher’s Slip is community. Our first Meet the Neighbours event brought together new townhome buyers with their soon‑to‑be neighbours, and the Cedar Woods team, for an afternoon of connection, conversation and community spirit.

Guests gathered at the Sales Centre, enjoying relaxed drinks and tasty bites catered by Fabian from The Banksia Tree in Port Adelaide. It was a chance to not only share food and laughter, but also to build relationships before everyone moves in.

What made the event especially memorable was the way people mingled—new neighbours discovering shared interests, growing familiarity. Ideas were exchanged, perspectives shared, and a sense of belonging started to take root. Some spoke of enjoying morning walks along Semaphore Road, others about where to get the best coffee, or tips for navigating the local shops. It was real, friendly, local.
