### **At Cedar Woods, we're passionate about creating vibrant, connected communities where residents feel at home from day one, our Fletcher’s Slip Meet Your Neighbour event is a testament to this. **

We recently hosted our very first Meet Your Neighbour event for future residents of Ancora and Marella Apartments at our Fletcher’s Slip Sales Centre.

Guests gathered to mark a wonderful milestone, providing residents the chance to mingle, share stories, and begin forming lasting friendships with their future neighbours, while also enjoying delicious refreshments.

Ancora will feature 35 spacious 1 and 2-bedroom apartments, while Marella will offer 23 thoughtfully designed 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments. Both developments boast views across the harbour, perfect for those drawn to a relaxed, waterfront lifestyle.

We’re excited to see progress continue.
