Exciting Milestone as Construction Begins on First Homes at Flourish

We’re thrilled to share that construction has officially commenced on the first homes at Flourish, marking a significant milestone for our growing community.

This exciting development follows the successful settlement of 50 homesites in Stage 5 and the completion of essential civil works by SEE Civil.

Demand for homesites within the Flourish community continues to grow, with all 53 lots in Stage 6 already sold and construction well progressed. Stage 6 settlements are anticipated in the first quarter of 2025.  

The next stage of construction combines 77 lots in Stage 7A, 8B & 8C. This stage is close to sold out, which has fast tracked construction to commence in November 2024. Stage 7A, 8B & 8C settlements are anticipated between April to September 2025.
