We recently hosted Flourish’s first Walk Your Lot event that welcomed our founding residents to visit their new homesites.
This wasn’t just a milestone for Flourish —it was the beginning of a journey where families and individuals can truly grow their way.
With significant construction achievements like the completion of bulk earthworks, roadways, and the first stages of landscaping, it was the perfect time to invite our new residents to step onto their land and start laying down roots in the place they’ll soon call home.
At the event, our Flourish team was on hand to provide updates on the ongoing construction, answer questions, and ensure that our residents felt supported as they start this exciting chapter.
Growing a Community, One Family at a Time
Flourish’s unique blend of bushland serenity and urban convenience continues to draw in new residents, eager to purchase in the fast-growing suburb of South Maclean. Not only did our new residents had the chance to tour their homesites, they also had the opportunity to meet their soon-to-be-neighbours.
Among those who attended Flourish’s first Walk Your Lot event are Benjamin and Justin. They shared what drew them to the community, “What we love most about Flourish is the uniqueness of the estate. It has this amazing mix of bush and remoteness, yet is still close to the Brisbane CBD,” they said.

Looking Ahead: Nurturing Our Flourishing Community
Our first 51 homesites are expected to commence settlement in September 2024, with the constructions of homes to follow shortly after. As the community continues to take shape, we look forward to welcoming more residents home to Flourish.
