Flourish South Maclean construction update: November 2025

As one of Logan’s most exciting new communities, Flourish South Maclean is evolving quickly, and the latest construction milestones show just how far this boutique neighbourhood has come.

Strong momentum across the community 

The community at Flourish continues to thrive, with noticeable progress across multiple stages: 

• Stages 5 to 7, 8B, 8C and 9 are now fully completed 

• New homes are taking shape, with many builds underway by proud new homeowners 

• Construction of Stages 8A and 10 is nearing completion, and settlements expected in the new year 

These milestones reflect the growing vibrancy of Flourish, as more residents settle on their homesites and begin building the homes and lives they’ve envisioned. Flourish is well on its way to becoming a truly close-knit, connected neighbourhood. 

Flourish Park now underway 

Construction has officially begun on the highly anticipated Flourish Park, a 5000m² green space at the heart of the community. Incorporating retained mature trees, and featuring interactive play areas and space to gather, the park is expected to be completed by mid-2026, bringing further amenity to the community. 

What’s next for Flourish? 

The next few months will bring even more activity and momentum across the site: 

• Bulk earthworks have commenced across Stages 1 to 4, including the delivery of additional fill to prepare the site 

• Stage 1 construction is expected to begin early next year, with works continuing through to mid-2026 

• Flagstone Creek rehabilitation works will begin in early 2026, restoring native vegetation and improving the area’s natural beauty
