It’s an exciting time at Flourish South Maclean, with new residents settling into the community, the new park welcoming local families and construction continuing to progress across the next stages.
With residents now calling Stages 5–10 home, Flourish is becoming the close-knit, connected community envisioned from the beginning. The newly opened park is already providing a welcoming place for neighbours and families to meet, play and spend time outdoors together.
In the northern precinct, construction is progressing well across Stages 1–3 as we move closer to welcoming even more residents to Flourish.
The majority of earthworks are now complete, with essential services finished across Stages 1 and 2. Asphalt works are scheduled for October, marking another important step towards completing these stages.
In Stage 3, sewer installation is currently underway, with further essential services and retaining wall construction to follow.
Progress is also continuing on the Pebble Creek Road upgrade, which will support connectivity in and around the Flourish South Maclean community.
Major earthworks are nearing completion, with a temporary road diversion now in place while construction continues. Roadbase works and construction of the new bike path are also underway.
From new infrastructure to new community spaces, it’s rewarding to see Flourish continue to take shape and create more opportunities for residents to connect, enjoy their surroundings and grow their way.
There’s still an opportunity to become part of the Flourish community, with a selection of homesites currently available.
