Botanica Garden Apartments lobby is living up to its name with the recently complete and framed paintings in the lobby.

Botanica Garden Apartments lobby is living up to its name with the recently complete and framed paintings in the lobby. The beautiful artwork is a commissioned set by an artist from The Adelaide Central School of Art, Marisha Matthews, who is also an artist in residence at Pembroke School nearby.

The three paintings are oil on linen painted using a collection of reference photographs, including some of the magnolias found in the botanical landscaped gardens on site. All three paintings took six weeks to complete and are framed in a warm teak wood. The space is now complete, offering an impressive place for residents and guests to use.
