We have exciting news for first home buyers! The recently announced State Budget 2024-25 brings with it a range of new benefits to help you make your dream of owning your own home a reality. Stamp duty relief with no property value cap

One of the standout features of the State Budget is the removal of the property value cap for stamp duty relief on new build homes for first home buyers. Eligible first home buyers can take advantage of this relief when entering into a contract on or after 6 June 2024. This is an exciting step in helping make the dream of owning a property come true.

Additionally, the State Budget has retained the existing First Home Owner Grant (FHOG) at $15,000 and removed the property value cap for eligible contracts entered into on or after 6 June 2024.
