Grace Apartments wins award for excellence

We are thrilled to announce that our Grace Apartments at Glenside were recognised at the Urban Development Institute of Australia (SA) Awards for Excellence last week.

The Grace Apartments at Glenside took out the win for the 2023 Medium Density Development Award, acknowledged by the judges that the apartments and communal spaces have been beautifully executed with care and consideration taken to ensure an exceptional resident experience.

Located within a majestic parkland setting and surrounded by state heritage buildings and contemporary open spaces, these one, two, and three-bedroom sumptuously appointed apartments were designed with both modern lifestyles and environmental sustainability in mind.

Features such as crafted stone benchtops, plenty of storage space, wide corridors and full-length feature windows to maximise natural light, while environmental sustainability measures such as a 3-bin waste management system to double glazing throughout and provisions for electric car charging stations make this one of Adelaide’s most liveable addresses.

This latest recognition is another example of our commitment to creating homes and communities that people love to live in.
