One recent example of this community spirit in action is the Long Table Dinner organised by the residents of Botanica Apartments in December 2023. Through a 10cent refund recycling initiative, the residents were able to raise funds for this special event, which brought together not only their own building but also neighboring residents within Grace, Monarch, and the Stage 1 townhouses.
The event was a great success with residents creating a Long Table Dinner, set amongst the trees in Banksia Park at Glenside. The dinner continued into the evening where the use of fairy lights added to the ambiance, creating a lively atmosphere for everyone to gather and connect. It is lovely to see the residents of Glenside come together creating memories and friendships.
Events like these are a testament to the strong sense of community that Cedar Woods strives to foster in all our developments. We believe that by encouraging residents to organise and participate in such activities, we are helping to build a strong foundation for long-lasting relationships and a true sense of belonging.
