Monarch Apartments Sold Out

The last Monarch Apartment has now sold after the building was launched a mere 6 months ago.

Monarch Apartments, situated on the beautifully landscaped community park at Glenside, has sold out. 70% of the apartments were sold within the first three months and the final sale has taken place this week.

These apartments were extremely sought after with the exclusive fittings and fixtures, as well as a 7-star NatHERS Energy Rating, electric car charging options and dual water meters to each apartment.

Construction was able to begin five months earlier than anticipated, and Glenside welcomes Monarchs' future residents to the community.

Mark Pivovaroff, Cedar Woods (SA) Development Director said the sales at Monarch reflected both the strength of the market and the pent-up demand for new homes at Glenside.

“Buyers can now see the quality of the community being developed for themselves and walk through some the completed homes including a display apartment".
