Our masterplanned community in Brisbane’s inner-north is entering its next exciting chapter with the commencement of construction on the final collection of townhomes.
South-east Queensland builder Devcon Building Co has been appointed to deliver Stage 1 and 2 at Greville, marking a major milestone for this vibrant urban village.
A New Phase Begins at Greville
Cedar Woods Development Director, Blair Britton, said the final 47 townhomes, designed by leading architecture studio Rothelowman, follow the successful completion and settlement of Greville’s first two townhome releases.
“This urban lifestyle precinct is already alive and thriving, and the final townhome release is already 40% sold as construction begins,” Mr Britton said.
“The architecturally designed three-bedroom townhomes range in size from 191sqm to 213 sqm with a variety of floor plans and facades, and premium finishes, with all of these homes boasting 2.5 bathrooms and 2 car spaces."
“Importantly, it provides high-quality housing supply in a highly sought-after pocket of inner-Brisbane, well below the current median house price of $1.6 million*.”
Prices for the remaining homes start from $1.388 million, offering premium lifestyle and design without the premium price tag of nearby freestanding houses.
Cedar Woods has selected Devcon for their extensive experience and deep local knowledge. The team brings over 30 years of building expertise across south-east Queensland and will aim to complete the final homes by early 2027.
“Greville forms part of our growing Brisbane pipeline and complements our extensive footprint on the Sunshine Coast, where we have been delivering high quality residential projects since 1993,” said Devcon General Manager, Ray Lindley.
“We look forward to partnering with Cedar Woods and drawing on our trusted network of local trades and suppliers to deliver these high-quality homes.”
Located just 5km north of Brisbane’s CBD, our community will deliver 84 townhomes, more than 200 apartments across three buildings, and an exclusive collection of heritage homes within the historic Holy Cross laundry building, originally constructed in the 1800s.
