For Katherine and Rob, home is more than just where they live; it’s about feeling connected to a place and community they love. Having already purchased an Incontro Townhome in 2021, their journey with Cedar Woods has now come full circle as they secure their second property, a brand-new Incontro Apartment in Subiaco, now under construction.
For the couple, it’s another opportunity to be part of a community they already know and trust, in a location that continues to offer the lifestyle, design and connection they value most.
“We’re going to be proud owners of an apartment in Incontro Subiaco,” Rob shared.
From their very first Incontro Townhome experience, the couple were impressed by the level of care and communication from the Cedar Woods team.
“Cedar Woods was a great developer. We were able to get continuous communication from Cedar Woods,” Rob said. “We felt like we weren’t just someone they were selling a property to. We were someone who was actually part of the development.”
Having already fallen in love with the Subiaco area, Katherine and Rob were drawn to Incontro’s mix of thoughtful design, green open spaces and community connection.
“We really love the area. We love Subiaco and, in particular, it’s got lovely open spaces,” Katherine said. “What we really like is how the blend between townhouses and the apartments is going to be low-rise but with lovely architecture.”
Looking to the future
As they look ahead to life in their new home, the pair are excited about the lifestyle that awaits.
“We’re really looking forward to the way in which it’s going to give us a great lifestyle,” Rob said. “The views from the living area, the courtyard from the balcony, the kitchen - it’s just absolutely beautiful. We can’t wait to spend some time in it and enjoy all the thought that has gone into making it a great place to live.”
