Mason Quarter continues to take shape, with steady progress across the community and more homes, landscapes and key infrastructure coming to life.
Over the past few months, there’s been strong momentum on site, with multiple stages advancing and new milestones reached. From families moving in to the start of new home builds, the neighbourhood is growing day by day.
Here’s a look at what’s been happening across Mason Quarter, Wollert.
It’s fantastic to see more residents calling Mason Quarter home, with families continuing to move into completed homes across Stages 4A, 4B, 5, 6 and 6B.
Home construction is also in full swing across the community. Stage 4B townhomes are nearing completion, while across Stages 5, 6 and 6B, new homes continue to take shape and more residents are settling into the neighbourhood.
Aspire Mason Quarter Wollert, Childcare Centre is expecting to open their doors by the end of 2026. Based within the estate, the centre will provide a convenient and well-connected option for local families. Head on over to their website to enquire!
In Stages 1, 3 and 11B, the two-year landscape maintenance period is now complete. Residents are now responsible for maintaining the nature strips adjoining their lots, while Council will take over the ongoing maintenance of reserves.
Across Stages 2, 4A, 11 and 14, landscape maintenance continues, with established nature strips, trees and reserves continuing to thrive.
Another exciting milestone has also been reached in Stages 12 and 13, where landscape construction is now complete. The reserves and play equipment are ready for residents to enjoy, with the two-year landscape maintenance period now underway.
Landscape construction has also commenced across Stages 4B and 5, beginning with bollard fencing around reserves and preparation of the nature strips along Ellesmere Boulevard.
Stages 4B and 5
Construction of the Stage 4B townhomes is being finalised, while many other homes continue to reach completion. Landscape construction is also underway across these stages.
Stages 6 and 6B
Home construction is in full swing, with more residents continuing to move into their new homes. Landscape construction is anticipated to commence in Q2 2027.
Stage 7
Sewer, water main and gas works are now complete, with drainage works being finalised ahead of road construction commencing. Release 4 is now selling, with titles anticipated in Q1 2027.
Stage 10
Civil construction is underway, with bulk earthworks complete and sewer construction commenced. The final lots within Stage 10, Release 3 are now selling, with titles and settlements anticipated in Q3 2027.
Stage 8
Release 1 is now selling with civil construction is estimated to commence in Q4 2026. Titles and settlements anticipated in Q4 2027.
With new residents moving in, homes under construction, green spaces opening and future stages progressing, there’s plenty to look forward to at Mason Quarter.
