A new community in Wollert, Mason Quarter is the latest hallmark project for Melbourne's north, with housing options to suit all families.
Located within the fast-growing City of Whittlesea, approximately 25km north of Melbourne’s CBD, a range of land lots and house and land packages are available with the first releases of land lots now selling from $243,000.
Developed by Cedar Woods, Mason Quarter is located on Craigieburn Road only a short distance from the Hume Freeway, Metropolitan Ring Road, hospitals, shopping centres and public transport.
Cedar Woods chief operating officer, Patrick Archer, explains the value the new development will bring.

The masterplan accommodates around 800 dwellings and will benefit from local amenities including a proposed town centre, a future train station, three new schools, community facilities, as well as walking and cycling paths.
Prioritising access to green spaces and parks, the Mason Quarter masterplan will feature a 7.9-hectare conservation reserve and over 30 pocket parks, preserving the existing signature river red gums.
Many purchasers have come from surrounding areas including Eric Chung who purchased a block of land and plans to build a four-bedroom home with his wife Juliana.
“We’re currently in Epping and have lived in the area for almost 14 years. We were drawn to Mason Quarter because we love being close to friends and family and having access to shopping centres and freeways. We are really excited to start this new chapter.”
With sales just commenced, Mason Quarter will be delivered over the next 8 years, with buyers able to choose from an array of Victoria’s leading builders to craft their dream home.
There is currently a pop-up sales suite in Pacific Epping shopping centre, with the permanent, onsite sales suite opening in the coming months.
