The Rivergums in Baldivis is a thriving neighbourhood that provides plenty of opportunities for adventure. Why not check it out for yourself and create your very own #RivergumsAdventure with the kids this school holidays!

A play in the park

You’ll find plenty of parks for all ages at The Rivergums. There are more than 10 hectares of usable open spaces for your kids to get out, burn some energy and exercise little imaginations.
Popular parks in the neighbourhood include:

  • Rivergums Lake & Playground

This park on Rivergums Boulevard in Baldivis has a huge flying fox, as well as plenty of play equipment for toddlers. There’s also a BBQ area, tables and seats, along with plenty of shaded and grassed areas. Local ducks and swans love to frolic in the surrounding Rivergums Lake too!

  • Monster’s World Adventure Park

The million-dollar Monster’s World Adventure Park is suitable for all ages. You’ll find it on the corner of Crinia Drive and Avoca Chase in the Rivergums estate in Baldivis. Its features include:

  • an 8-metre “monster’s nest” climbing tower
  • a 6-metre slide
  • balance logs and steppers
  • timber climbing stacks
  • musical play equipment
  • a rope bridge
  • plenty of shade from Eucalyptus trees
  • picnic and seating areas.

  • BMX Park

BMX Park on Stillwater Drive in Baldivis has a purpose-built BMX track and skateboarding facilities, as well as a basketball court, table tennis and plenty of shady, grassed areas for the kids to enjoy and explore.

  • Ardea Way Park

Ardea Way Park is the ideal place for younger kids to ride their bikes and explore. It has a mini track that’s perfect for those who are too small to ride at the nearby BMX Park. Ardea Way Park is on the corner of Ardea Way and Grandis Drive at the Rivergums in Baldivis.

A spot of shopping

The Rivergums is within walking distance of Baldivis Shopping Centre that’s located on Safety Bay Road. During school holidays, you’ll find that the Centre arranges a range of events, activities and entertainment to help keep kids occupied and give you the chance to explore around 100 specialty stores.

Having fun at home

Of course, if you feel like relaxing at home instead, there’s plenty of things you can do. Here are some ideas for both inside and outside activities to keep the kids entertained. The opportunities are only limited by your imagination!
