Mandar Kelkar is the welcoming face you’ll meet when you visit our Sage Sales Centre on Hunt Road, Burpengary. Mandar has over 10 years of experience working within residential community sales in South East Queensland, as well as degrees in Architecture and Design Science. Mandar is passionate about finding the perfect home solution to suit everyone’s lifestyle.
We sat down with Mandar to talk about why he believes Burpengary is such a great place to live and what makes Sage stand out, as well as to learn a little bit more about him.
Why do you think more people are moving to Burpengary?

This ecological corridor is home to a plethora of flora and fauna, and Cedar Woods has committed $1 million to a replanting program will rehabilitate the ecological corridor for local wildlife.

Tell us a little bit more about you.
I moved to Australia in the early 2000s from Mumbai, India, driven by a lifelong fascination with Australia that began in high school while watching the legendary cricket team. While my love for cricket has always remained, it has since expanded to include other sports like tennis, rugby, and football.
With my background in architecture and design science, and my appreciation for this beautiful pocket of the world, I am passionate about helping homebuyers find their perfect home. As a naturally outgoing and driven person, I also take pride in building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service in everything I do.
