At Sage Burpengary, that pride has been on display through the Sage Great Garden Awards, celebrating beautiful gardens, outdoor living and the proud residents of our community.
The Sage Great Garden Awards encouraged the Sage residents to get outdoors, add their own personality to their gardens and take pride in their homes and streetscapes.
This year, 16 Sage households entered the competition, with gardens judged on maintenance, creativity and design, kerb appeal, sustainability and overall appearance.
More than a gardening competition, the awards are about bringing neighbours together and creating a community everyone can feel proud to call home, reflecting Sage’s focus on connection and inspired family living.

Congratulations to Bruce, this year’s Sage Great Garden Awards winner!
The judges loved the thoughtful use of native plants to reduce traditional lawn areas, creating a beautiful garden that works with its natural surroundings while providing food and shelter for native birds and bees. The addition of an edible rosemary bush further supports sustainable everyday living, bringing a useful, home-grown element to the landscape.
Bruce will receive a $1,000 voucher, which he plans to use to continue growing and enhancing his award-winning garden.
