We hosted an exciting event at Sage Burpengary, offering buyers in our first stage a special preview of their future homesites.
The response was fantastic, and our team was excited for the first purchasers to get a close look at how the new Sage community is taking shape, with civil construction well progressed and work expected to start on our 8100sqm park next year.
First-home buyers Jordon Pfeffer and Melvin Kateman were drawn to Sage because of its ideal location and ample green space. With nine hectares reserved for an environmental corridor, they were captivated by the rural feel combined with proximity to the city and nearby beaches.
“Our first impressions of Sage was the nice rural feel to it,” Melvin says.
“It’s not too far from the city and we have our beaches here.”
Feng Shui consultant Dee Burgess, who is buying in Sage with partner Nikolaas Dorant, brought her compass to ensure the rooms' ideal orientation. They were delighted to discover that Sage accommodated their needs perfectly, especially with the park where they can enjoy walks with their dog.
“Sage has been very flexible to our needs,” Dee says.
“Looking at the masterplan, we saw the park and we have the dog (which) we like to walk through the park – ideal for us really.”
