We’re excited to share a major milestone for Somerley. The Planning Permit has officially been issued.
This approval marks an important step forward as we move closer to bringing a new masterplanned community to life in Geelong’s north.
Located on Plantation Road beside Sutcliffe Reserve, Somerley has been thoughtfully planned to create a welcoming neighbourhood of around 400 future homes. The community will be shaped by generous open green spaces, established local amenity and strong connections to both Geelong and Melbourne, making it an ideal place for people to settle in and feel at home.
With the Planning Permit now in place, we can continue progressing the next stages of Somerley. We’ll be sharing more updates as the project moves forward, including details on our first land release, which is currently planned for early 2026.
