Designed by renowned national architect Hames Sharley, a long-term partner of Cedar Woods, Hudson Hub is the latest addition to Williams Landing Town Centre. Hudson Hub provides an additional 74 new strata offices and five ground floor retail suites which will bring 79 new businesses to the Williams Landing community upon completion, creating more employment opportunities for the Williams Landing community.

Sustainability
Hudson Hub offers a unique and distinctive presence, unlike any other in the area. The bold combination of red bricks and angular facade elements creates a visually captivating facade that seamlessly blends industrial charm with modern sophistication.
This high-performance facade is also one of the building’s key sustainability features, specifically engineered for the site to optimise Hudson Hub’s energy efficiency by managing heat transfer, minimising thermal loss and gain and reducing the use of heating and cooling systems - reducing the carbon footprint of the building and its occupants.
Other features of the building include various energy-efficient features and rooftop solar photovoltaic panels to power lighting in communal areas, which will reduce both energy costs and the dependency on traditional energy sources. With its forward-thinking design, Hudson Hub will also include communal EV charging stations to future proof the building.
The entry
The entrance of Hudson Hub has been carefully designed to be both bold and inviting, with a blend of traditional features. Polished concrete flooring, wooden finishes, contrasting beautifully with modern light fixtures and ceiling cut outs - offering a visual and tactile journey that bridges the exterior aesthetic with the building's interior.
The offices
Designed with today’s ever evolving workplace in mind, the offices of Hudson Hub are crafted to encourage creativity, collaboration and employee wellbeing.
The exposed ceilings, an abundance of natural light, and soft lighting fixtures create an inviting and inspiring ambiance. The thoughtful design encourages open communication and teamwork, with spacious common areas and versatile meeting spaces that promote idea exchange and productive synergy.
The office spaces have been designed with flexibility in mind and aim to accommodate a diverse range of professions and fit outs, to suit their business needs.
Each office will also come fully equipped with individual climate control, NBN infrastructure and a kitchenette, with all occupants having access to the building’s communal conference room, end-of-trip facilities, and secure bike storage.
Hudson Hub will also feature the first rooftop terrace within Williams Landing’s commercial community, offering a versatile space for relaxation, team collaboration, networking, and creative inspiration.
Bringing the outside in
In a rare offering for suburban office spaces, Hudson Hub will have generous outdoor terraces on level 3, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces for occupants.
