This milestone marks the continued evolution of the community, situated just 5km north of the Brisbane CBD.
South East Queensland builder Devcon Building Co has been appointed to deliver Stage 1 and 2 of the final townhome release at Greville, bringing further momentum to this established and connected urban village.
“This urban lifestyle precinct is already alive and thriving, and the final townhome release is already 40% sold as construction begins,” said Cedar Woods Development Director, Blair Britton.
The remaining 47 architecturally designed townhomes have been created by leading design firm Rothelowman, following the successful completion and settlement of Greville’s first two townhome releases.
“The architecturally designed three-bedroom townhomes range in size from 191sqm to 213 sqm with a variety of floor plans and facades, and premium finishes, with all of these homes boasting 2.5 bathrooms and 2 car spaces."
“Importantly, it provides high-quality housing supply in a highly sought-after pocket of inner-Brisbane, below the current median house price of $1.6 million*.”
Prices for the remaining homes start from $1.388 million, offering premium lifestyle and design without the premium price tag of nearby freestanding houses.
Cedar Woods has appointed Devcon Building Co based on the builder’s strong regional track record and deep industry knowledge.
“Greville forms part of our growing Brisbane pipeline and complements our extensive footprint on the Sunshine Coast, where we have been delivering high quality residential projects since 1993,” said Devcon General Manager, Ray Lindley.
“We look forward to partnering with Cedar Woods and drawing on our trusted network of local trades and suppliers to deliver these high-quality homes.”
With over 30 years of experience in residential construction across South East Queensland, Devcon is expected to complete construction on the final townhomes by early 2027.
Located just 5km north of Brisbane’s CBD, the Greville community will deliver 84 townhomes, more than 200 apartments across three buildings, and an exclusive collection of heritage homes within the historic Holy Cross laundry building, originally constructed in the 1800s.
