What's happening in the Bushmead Community

Bushmead Communiy Planting Day

Bushmead is an established community bustling with activities for residents to get involved in. Here is a list of the key activities!

Creating Communities

Cedar Woods, in partnership with Creating Communities invests heavily to foster a sense of community at Bushmead. Through organising local events, street parties to get to know your neighbours, tree planting days and educational workshops, we have helped build the tight-knit Bushmead community.

Bushmead Conservation Cobbers

Bushmead’s very own conservation group who are dedicated to maintaining the 185ha of natural bushland that surrounds the homes at Bushmead.

This group of passionate residents host regular clean-up days, wildflower walks and information sessions for residents to get involved in.

Like the Bushmead Conservation Cobbers Facebook Page to keep up to date with events and initiatives.

The Park Run

Every Saturday the Kadina 5KM Park Run happens at Bushmead. Join in for a fun morning walk or run catering to all ages and fitness levels. Local coffee van He Brew Espresso visits Bushmead every Saturday so you can enjoy a post-run coffee with your community.

Pilates In The Park

Join Studio 88 and your Bushmead neighbours every Saturday morning from 9am at Giants park for a 45minute guided class with Bushmead resident Kym.
