Ellendale Ranks Top 10 Most Sought-After Brisbane Communities

Our Ellendale community has been named as one of the top ten most sought-after developments in Brisbane, by property news site The Urban Developer.

The article cites Ellendale’s location, just 12 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD, its premium homesites and its dedication to natural bushland corridors, with almost 40 per cent of our community green space, as key aspects of our appeal.

According to the article and Australia’s largest real estate portal, realestate.com.au, Brisbane continues to top the wish lists of Australian buyers, with searches skyrocketing for boutique developments in fringe CBD addresses and established suburbs in Brisbane’s middle ring.

It found Brisbane buyers continued to come out on top, with new research showing the city has seen some of the strongest residential price growth in the world over the past year.

Knight Frank’s latest Global Residential Cities Index shows Brisbane and Adelaide are the only two Australian cities to rank in the top 20 globally for growth in housing values, with Brisbane recording a 20.4 per cent price increase over the past 12 months.
