Fletcher’s Slip welcomes purchasers for a site tour

The Development Team invited the purchasers of townhomes within Releases 7-9 at Fletcher’s Slip to view their allotments ahead of construction.

On Monday November 22nd 2021, the SA Team held a Site Tour event for project, Fletcher’s Slip. This was the first opportunity for purchasers within Releases 7-9 to enter the site, view their individual allotments and future home location.

Purchasers adorned with closed shoes and expectant expressions were first greeted at the Fletcher’s Slip Sales Centre. High-vis vests were distributed, and a project update was provided, followed by a short safety briefing. It was then time to head out to the site.

Walking over as a group, the purchasers followed the new bitumen roads to their allotments; identified by their own individual lot plate. Purchasers stood on their allotments, photos were captured, and even discussions of the surrounding amenities, restaurants, and things to do around Fletcher’s Slip were had amongst neighbours. In fact, one future resident already has plans to set up a neighbourhood wine club and is gathering local restaurant discount vouchers for the community.

It was fantastic to see the purchasers experience their allotments for the very first time and meet their future neighbours while doing so.

Construction has commenced on the earlier stages at Fletcher’s Slip. Handover for homes located in Releases 7-9 is expected to take place in December 2022.
