When the time for retirement comes, Kamni and her husband Kumar know they will be relaxing in a master planned haven immersed in nature, with convenient access to travel hubs direct to the city and coast.

“South Maclean really is a lovely area, and we decided to visit Flourish following a positive recommendation from a friend. We have been impressed by the community since our first visit,” she said. 

“I even referred the area to a friend, and she has also decided to build a home at Flourish just two streets from us. Already we are planning our neighbourhood walks together for when we move in.” 

Kamni and Kumar frequently visited the Flourish sales centre and were enthusiastic about building their new home amongst a vibrant community. 

“We chose to build our ‘forever home’ at Flourish so that we could start our next chapter of retirement in comfort and be part of a friendly, peaceful and clean neighbourhood.” 

“Our home site is located in Stage 5, the first land release at Flourish, and we’re expecting to settle in September 2024.” 

“As we are building a home for the first-time, Sam from the Flourish sales centre has been very helpful with stepping us through the process and answering all of our questions.”
