Sam Ahmad is the friendly face you’ll see when you visit our new sales centre at Flourish, South Maclean.
Sam is passionate about helping people find a new homesite that is perfectly positioned to match their lifestyles and allows them to build their dream home.
We sat down with Sam to learn more about him and why he thinks Flourish is a great place to call home.
Why do you think people are moving to South Maclean?
South Maclean offers great value for money and is proving particularly popular with first home buyers, with homesites at Flourish ranging in sizes to ensure that there is a price point for everyone.
There’s a wonderful community feel to the area, with strong enquiry from owner occupiers and a great sense of family, with young and established families wanting to call Flourish home.
South Maclean is conveniently located within easy reach of regional hubs, including Jimboomba, Flagstone and Greenbank.
People appreciate being close to established schools, shops and transport, but are also excited about living in a growth locality, with key infrastructure such as a proposed new childcare and local park planned for the community.
How would you describe yourself and what do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Family is important to me, which is one of the reasons I love seeing families start a new chapter in their lives here at Flourish. I also enjoy going to the gym and playing soccer, so I am looking forward to the future Flourish Park and kicking the ball around after work.
Where are your favourite places to visit in South Maclean?
Pebble Creek Park is a short walk from the Flourish community, which is always busy on the weekends with so many families and friends gathering to enjoy the playground, footy field, dog park and more.
A range of great cafes are nearby, including Perks Café in Jimboomba and the Cornerstone Café in Flagstone. For a family dinner, try the Pub Lane Tavern in Greenbank.
What makes Flourish such a unique community?
A lot of our buyers say plans to protect and enhance the natural environment at Flourish are a key drawcard. Flourish will boast 14.5 hectares of green space, as well as a number of walkways with rest areas within the community and a new playground.
We also currently offer a variety of homesites, ranging from 299sqm to 1530sqm, to suit different budgets and lifestyles.
Why is now a good time to buy?
There’s so much exciting development in store for South Maclean, with more than $50 million in new amenities planned for the region. Flourish offers a unique opportunity for people to be a part of the area’s growth.
First home buyers in particular can also benefit from several government grants – including the First Home Buyer Grant, which has been doubled to $30,000 until 30 June 2025.
In any new community, it’s always best to buy as soon as you are ready so you can choose your preferred homesite. Lots are selling fast, so feel free to drop in or give me a call today!
