Pebble Creek Way Traffic Updates

260401_SMAC Flourish Pebble Creek Way Closure

As part of the continued growth of the Flourish community, we are introducing temporary traffic changes to support upcoming infrastructure works.

This blog will serve as the central source of information for residents, with updates provided as works progress, including key milestones, changes to traffic conditions and important notices.

Current Works Overview

To enable construction of a new four-way signalised intersection on Pebble Creek Way, temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented.

A two-way bypass road and pedestrian footpath will be constructed to the western side of Pebble Creek Way. These works have been designed and certified by the project engineer and approved by Logan City Council.

During this period:

  • Access to all homes will be maintained at all times
  • Traffic and pedestrian signage will be installed to guide safe movement through the area

Why These Works Are Important

The new intersection forms part of essential infrastructure upgrades to support the ongoing development of Flourish and the surrounding region.

Timing

The temporary bypass road is expected to be in place from June to November 2026, subject to final approvals and construction scheduling.

Construction will commence once construction, traffic management and Workplace Health and Safety plans have been finalised.

Ongoing Updates

This page will be updated throughout the duration of the works. Residents are encouraged to check back for the latest information.
