Cedar Woods is dedicated in creating strong foundations, enriching people’s lives, creating connections, and fostering community spirit for the benefit of all our residents in the Glenside community.
To achieve this, the Cedar Woods team has established and provides Glenside Community Grants – a program that recognises and appreciates organisations and initiatives that contribute to our community and actively supports them by providing funding to make an even bigger impact for the good of our residents.
We are excited to announce this years Glenside Community Grants Recipients:
Botanica Apartments Environs Club
The Botanica Apartments Environs Club is a resident-led group who are passionate about environmental conservation and are avid gardeners.
The club has been awarded funding to extend the plantings within the reserve spaces around Botanica and Grace Apartments.
Botanica Apartments Arts Appreciation Association
The Botanica Apartments Arts Appreciation Association is another resident-led group passionate about art and fostering connections with the community.
The funding has been awarded to assist in establishing an annual art competition and exhibition for teen artists studying at the Adelaide Central School of Art, located within the Glenside development.
Grace Apartments Management Committee
The Grace Apartments Management Committee in partnership with the Botanica Apartments Environs Club have been awarded funding to restore and rejuvenate the Memorial Rose Garden located on premise at the entrance of the SA Film Corporation.
“The availability of these awards has set up many connections around the campus, and the initiative will yield projects that will benefit everyone who lives and works on this beautiful space.”

Glenside Night Market
Funding has been awarded to assist with the startup of a monthly night market to be held at Glenside Park.
In the heart of Glenside, a wonderful opportunity awaits those driven to make a difference. Community grants are more than just funding; they are the lifeblood that empowers residents to transform their neighbourhoods. Communities are more than just places to live; they are where life's moments unfold.
