Monarch Lobby Artwork Installed

With construction now complete and residents settling into their brand-new Monarch Apartment, the finishing touches for the building are now complete, including the installation of artwork.

From its luxurious tiled floors to its delicate lighting fixtures, every detail of Monarch Apartments has been carefully thought through to create an atmosphere of opulence and modernity. To add to its grandeur, the Monarch Apartments lobby also boasts a beautiful new piece of commissioned artwork by local artist, Esther Cleland from the Adelaide Central School of Art. 

The painting captures the vibrant colours of our native flora and fauna but also pays homage to the name ‘Monarch’ with its ode to Monarch butterflies. This intricate piece of art is just one of many features which make this building stand out from the rest - a beautiful, unique, and modern addition to Glenside's vibrant suburbia. With its timeless beauty, it’s sure to be admired by residents and visitors alike for years to come!
