Greville’s Stage 4 Townhome Preview

The Greville team recently welcomed Stage 4 purchasers to preview the 25 townhomes currently under construction.

The afternoon was not only a chance to view the exciting progress of their new homes but also a wonderful opportunity to meet and connect with future neighbours.

 Conversations flowed easily as future residents shared their excitement about the development, explored the vibrant vision for the community, and gained insight into the latest construction updates while enjoying refreshments in the heritage-listed Holy-Cross Laundry Building that has been converted into the Greville Sales Centre. 

The Greville team and Greyburn Building Contractors shared significant milestones in the construction of the Stage 4 townhomes. Over the past few months, all major structural works has been completed with the below being the project’s construction highlights: 

Structural Progress

All concrete slabs, framing, and roofing are complete. The external facades are now revealed with all scaffolding removed, marking an exciting stage in the development. 

Internal Works Underway

 Inside, these homes are truly taking shape. Staircases and joinery installations are progressing, with wardrobes, bathrooms, splashbacks, and benchtops coming together beautifully. 

Finishing Touches

We have also started on the interior detailing, including the installation of carpet and timber flooring, as well as landscaping to create welcoming outdoor spaces at the front and rear of each home.
