A more than $500M pipeline of new developments in Subiao featuring a mix of commercial and residential means the suburb of Subiaco is set for a resurgence. Subiaco has a history of reinvention, and expectations are building that this pipeline of new developments will drive the renewal missing in the city in recent years.
The Subi East redevelopment, Bob Hawke College, The Colonnade, One Subiaco and of course Incontro are all part of this pipeline and contributing to Subiaco's revival.
