Subiaco’s newest luxury townhome development Incontro has been met with overwhelming demand with more than 50% of the first release sold within its opening 2 weeks and more expected to go under offer in the coming days. Premium home builder, ABN/Webb and Brown-Neaves has now been appointed as the builder, another exciting milestone for the project.
Incontro was launched to the public on November 7 and has met with unprecedented enquiry for a WA Cedar Woods project with almost 1000 enquiries to date.
Cedar Woods WA State Manager Ben Rosser said they were thrilled to announce the appointment of Webb and Brown-Neaves as the official Incontro builder.
“Webb and Brown-Neaves is Perth’s leading luxury home builder. They form part of the ABN Group and hold a strong, influential reach within the western suburbs market, including 20% market share of all new builds in the western suburbs over the past five years,” Mr Rosser said.
"It's perfect timing for those looking to purchase their first or next property, with the State Government extending the $20,000 WA Building Bonus Scheme by a further 6 months, conditioned to a signed contract by December 31, 2020 (subject to eligibility).
"Buyers of Incontro townhomes will have the added benefit of the evolving suburb of Subiaco, which includes a $500 million revival of the area, ultimately improving the community as a whole.”
Site works are due to commence at Incontro next week, starting with the demolition of the site by RJ Vincent & Co, who were also responsible for the Subiaco Oval demolition.
ABN/Webb and Brown-Neaves Dean O’Rourke, Executive General Manager ABN said they were looking forward to building the Incontro townhomes to the quality and finishing customers have come to know them by.
“We’ve been building quality homes to the highest of standards in WA for more than 40 years, giving customers peace of mind during the build process,” Mr O’Rourke said.
“Incontro is in a fantastic location close to multiple amenities including public transport, quality food, beverage and entertainment options, and major medical precincts."
