Mason Quarter continues to take shape, with steady progress across the community and more homes, landscapes and key infrastructure coming to life.

Over the past few months, there’s been strong momentum on site, with multiple stages advancing and new milestones reached. From families moving in to the start of new home builds, the neighbourhood is growing day by day.

Here’s a look at what’s been happening across Mason Quarter.

A growing community

Construction activity continues across the estate, with a steady flow of new homes underway.

In Stage 6, the first homes are now under construction, marking an exciting step forward for new purchasers. Across Stages 4B and 5, many homes are nearing completion, with residents already starting to move in and bring the community to life.

A new local school now open

A major milestone for the community is the completion of Umarkoo Primary School on Ellesmere Boulevard.

Now officially open for Term 1, 2026, the school is welcoming enrolments from Foundation through to Grade 6, providing a convenient and well-connected option for local families.

Landscapes coming to life

Green spaces across Mason Quarter continue to grow and evolve.

In Stages 1, 2, 3, 11 and 11B, established nature strips and tree reserves are thriving and already being enjoyed by residents.

Stages 4A and 14 are now complete from a landscaping perspective, with vibrant streetscapes adding to the overall character of the neighbourhood.

In Stages 12 and 13, landscaping works are progressing well, including footpaths through reserves and preparation for turf and tree planting.

Progress across key stages

Each stage across Mason Quarter is moving forward, contributing to the broader vision of a connected and well-planned community.

Stages 4B and 5
Most homes are either complete or close to completion, with landscaping of streetscapes and reserves anticipated in Q3 2026.

Stage 6
Settlements have taken place and home construction is now underway, with homes beginning to take shape.

Stage 6B
Titles were received in early January, with purchasers now progressing through settlement of their lots.

Stage 7

Stage 10
The first release of lots is now selling, offering new opportunities to join the community.

Looking ahead

With more homes underway, new residents moving in and key infrastructure now open, Mason Quarter continues to evolve into a well-connected and welcoming place to live.

We look forward to sharing more updates as the community continues to grow.
