Mason Quarter,Wollert construction update June 2025

 

Exciting times continue at Mason Quarter in Wollert, as construction momentum powers ahead across the community. From home builds and landscaping to vital infrastructure like schools and green spaces, there’s been fantastic progress this winter. Here's everything you need to know in our June 2025 construction update.

Estate progress overview

Stage 4B

A major milestone! All lots titled in April 2025, and the first homes are now under construction. Exciting times for our newest future residents.

Stage 4A

Most homes are now complete or nearing completion. Landscape construction of nature strips and reserves is scheduled to commence in Q4 2025.

Stages 12, 13 and 14

The majority of homes are complete or close to completion. Landscaping works for nature strips and reserves are also set to begin in Q4 2025. Notably, the ten townhomes on Simmental Road in Stage 14 have now reached completion, with handovers currently underway.

Stage 5

All lots titled in April 2025. The first homes are set to commence construction shortly, marking the next chapter for this growing part of the community.

Stage 6

Civil works have progressed significantly, including kerb installation. Electrical and telecommunication infrastructure is now being installed, with titles anticipated in Q4 2025.

Stage 6B

Civil construction is progressing steadily. Drainage works are nearing completion, with water main installation scheduled to commence soon. Titles are expected in Q1 2026.

 

Landscaping and open space

Wetlands

Winter rainfall has brought great results. The wetlands are thriving, with plantings and grassed areas now well established. Temporary fencing has been removed, opening up this revitalised space for community use.

Stages 1, 3 and 11B

Nature strips and tree reserves are growing well and becoming established across these early stages.

Stages 2 and 11

Landscape works continue to progress and are on track for completion soon.

Andrews Road Primary School (Interim Name)

Construction of the Andrews Road Primary School on Ellesmere Boulevard is advancing rapidly. The school will be open for enrolments from Foundation (Prep) to Grade 6 and is on schedule to welcome students for Day One, Term 1 in 2026.
