Finding the perfect place to call home is an exciting journey. For Connor and Madi, Millars Landing offered everything they were looking for. We caught up with them to hear about their experience.
Tell us a bit about your journey joining the Millars Landing community – when did you purchase, and how did you find out about the estate?
In July last year, we were searching for land and received a list of estates in the Baldivis area from our builder. At that point, we had never heard of Millars Landing, but after visiting, we instantly fell in love with the estate and knew it was the one for us.
Why did you choose to build your home in Millars Landing?
The first time we saw Millars Landing, we were drawn to the natural aesthetic and blown away by the already-established elements of the estate. The playground is massively impressive, and more so are the plans for the future. The future open space next to the playground provides us with a fantastic opportunity to run and play with our puppy, Toffee, or join local community events.
As teachers, we’re also very excited to see Millars Landing build a primary school in the future. With all this exciting development, we didn’t want to miss the opportunity to be a part of this welcoming community.
What are you most looking forward to about living in Millars Landing?
One of the things we are most excited about to move into Millars Landing is connecting with neighbours. So far, we have attended several of the community events and have thoroughly enjoyed each one. Everyone here is kind and welcoming, and we look forward to getting to know everyone better.
Another thing that we are looking forward to is living in a central location. Millars Landing is within 15 minutes of our friends, work, shopping centres and the beach, making it the perfect location to keep our social lives active.
We are also looking forward to living in Millars Landing because it is a beautiful place to live. Every house on every street compliments the overall aesthetic of the estate. The local trails are a beautiful place to take a walk with the dog or clear the head on a busy day.
Millars Landing is the perfect place for us, and we couldn’t be more excited to build our first home here.
