We sat down with Mandar to talk about why he believes Burpengary is such a great place to live and what makes Sage stand out, as well as to learn a little bit more about him.
Burpengary is perfectly located between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, offering easy access to everything—shopping, transport, schools, childcare, recreation, entertainment, and medical facilities, including Caboolture Hospital. It’s an area that works for people of all ages, from young couples needing proximity to work, to families focused on education, and retirees looking for convenience and a relaxed lifestyle.
What makes Sage standout from the other nearby communities is the ability to connect with nature with the 7.5 hectare ecological corridor that stretches through the centre of the community. This ecological corridor is home to a plethora of flora and fauna, and Cedar Woods has committed $1 million to a replanting program will rehabilitate the ecological corridor for local wildlife.
Nature lovers will enjoy living amongst the green outlooks and having nature at their doorstep, while the future Sage Park will be a go to destination picnics outings for residents with family and friends. The park will also feature nature inspired play equipment, basketball/netball half court, and a cricket net and kick-around area, it’s perfect for families with children to explore and play.
Sage offers a wide variety of homesites, ranging from 294m2 to 682m2. That means it’s perfect for first-home buyers looking for low-maintenance blocks, as well as downsizers and those looking to upgrade to traditional homesites.
Sage has been especially appealing to owner occupiers. Our design guidelines, along with the undulating nature of the estate and the ecological corridor that runs through the heart of the community means that our residents are coming home to a community they are proud of.
As someone who naturally gravitated toward people and enjoy connecting with everyone I meet, I strongly resonated with Sage’s focus on building a community where people can really thrive and grow. Cedar Woods is deeply committed to creating places people love to live, and that’s something I’m proud to be a part of.
I moved to Australia in the early 2000s from Mumbai, India, driven by a lifelong fascination with Australia that began in high school while watching the legendary cricket team. While my love for cricket has always remained, it has since expanded to include other sports like tennis, rugby, and football.
With my background in architecture and design science, and my appreciation for this beautiful pocket of the world, I am passionate about helping homebuyers find their perfect home. As a naturally outgoing and driven person, I also take pride in building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service in everything I do.
