The first residential land release in Forrestdale is edging closer, as Cedar Woods prepares to launch its 29ha Solaris Private Estate for sale in early 2020.
When the estate is complete it will have approximately 300 homes built. Almost half of the homes will front green space with a District Playing Field and landscaped pipeline corridor running through the estate. Solaris Private Estate will also be bordered by bush forever which will guarantee the estate will always be located in a natural setting. The estate will also be home to parklands, play areas, bike and walking trails and adjacent to a future Primary School.
Solaris Private Estate is situated less than 21km from Perth’s CBD and will also be within the catchment area for sought after schools such as Harrisdale Primary and High School.
Cedar Woods has a strong track record in delivering quality projects in the southern metropolitan corridor, including sold out Piara Central estate and active projects, Karmara and Harrisdale Green.
