Local kids help brighten up Solaris

Budding young artists in Perth’s south-east could soon see their designs displayed across ‘sold’ signs in Forrestdale’s newest housing estate as part of a local art competition.

The designs will be displayed as part of the ‘Design & Shine’ initiative, which will see the colourful ‘sold’ signs installed and displayed on lots in the new Solaris Private Estate in late June. Already, the competition has seen a number of entries.

A total of four winners will be announced throughout the month, which their designs to be displayed and up to $800 in prize money up for grabs.
