Cedar Woods is the first developer to officially commence residential works in Forrestdale, Western Australia, with the sod turning of its newest private estate, Solaris.
Bordered by Bush Forever and less than 21 kilometres from Perth city, Solaris will host approximately 300 lots across its 29 hectares, with the first stage expected to be ready for release in early 2020. The City of Armadale Mayor, Henry Zelones, and Chief Executive Officer, Joanne Abbiss, joined Cedar Woods officials to break first ground at the site, on the western side of Anstey Road, in
October.
This signaled the start of works on the strategically located estate that sits in a strong growth corridor for the Perth region and will complement Cedar Woods’ existing estates in the City of Armadale, including Karmara, Piara Waters, Harrisdale Green and the sold-out Piara Central in Piara Waters.
Solaris will include parklands, play areas, a district oval and nature trails. Residents will also be in the catchment area for a planned local primary school and Harrisdale Senior High School.
