Meet the neighbours, Victoria and Shawn

We recently interviewed soon-to-be residents, Victoria & Shawn who are building their new home at Solaris. The couple kindly took the time to fill us in on their firsthand experience of building at Solaris Private Estate.

What are you most excited about?

“We cannot wait to move into our own space and have our home and garden exactly how we want it.”.

“Honestly, we were able to find the perfect block of land that fit our budget just right. The location was also close to our families and friends.”

Do you have any advice for future home builders?

“Be sure to shop around & really do your research. Cedar Woods websites are really great because they provide so much information about the community you’re investing in. In regards to even just buying a home - it might seem like an impossible dream but it’s actually more possible than you think.”
